Detailed Description:

The Priority Waitlist is now open for the Blue October Cabo Getaway at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, September 28 – October 2, 2026. (duplicate for October)

Once a trip is fully sold out, we open a Priority Waitlist of up to 10 individuals, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Joining the Priority Waitlist requires a $500 non-refundable deposit, which guarantees your position and holds your place should a room become available.  By purchasing a Priority Waitlist spot, you agree to accept any available room at or below the VIP Towers King category. Waitlist positions are honored strictly in the order received.

If a room opens up, we’ll contact the next person on the list to offer the opportunity to book.

If the room is a VIP Towers King or lower and you decline, your deposit will be forfeited, and we’ll move to the next person.

If the room is a Suite and you decline, you’ll keep your place on the waitlist while we offer the Suite to others.

When higher room categories become available, we’ll also reach out to current guests (who were previously on the waitlist) to offer upgrade priority in order of their original position.

If we’re unable to place you in a room by 30 days before the trip, your $500 deposit will be refunded in full.

Why We Charge a Deposit

In previous years, many waitlist requests came from guests who weren’t ready to commit when rooms became available — causing delays and missed opportunities for others who were ready to attend.

The Priority Waitlist deposit ensures that everyone on the list is serious and ready to book as soon as a room becomes available, helping us make the process faster and fairer for all fans.
