- Concert ticket sold separately: A VIP Meet & Greet pass does NOT include entry to the show. You must purchase your concert ticket from the venue's website or box office.
- Both are required: You need both a valid concert ticket AND your VIP Meet & Greet pass to attend this experience.
- All sales final: VIP Meet & Greet passes are non-refundable. These spots are limited, and your purchase means another fan can't join. Only exception: if the band must cancel due to extenuating circumstances.
- Digital pass only: You'll receive a digital ticket via email. Your name will be on the check-in list for venue staff and/or tour manager - just show up ready for an unforgettable experience.
